Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking a Sr Operations Manager for New Equipment & Modernization to lead the South Florida & The Bahamas territory. You will oversee day-to-day field operations, mentor superintendents, and drive safety, training, and performance initiatives.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to meet financial and service goals, manage budgets, and ensure project schedules are achieved while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance with EH&S policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years elevator industry management experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to develop and implement territory operations plans.
• Lead field operations for NE & Modernization projects, ensuring schedules and deadlines are met.
• Provide training and performance management to Superintendents and field staff.
• Direct safety programs, field audits, and site safety logistics plans.
