Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of related management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of EN ISO 13485 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing and logistical operations and drive continuous improvement culture.
• Develop and implement manufacturing and operational strategic plans.
• Ensure on-time delivery and maintain quality and cost objectives.
• Lead TPM program and maintenance activities.
• Provide strong leadership and maintain high morale and teamwork.
• Ensure health and safety compliance per OSHA and company policy.
• Inspect work areas and supervise subordinates; appraise performance with HR.
• Monitor metrics like OTD, scrap, inventory, and 5S adherence.
