Abraxas is seeking a Senior Operations Leader in Shelby, OH. You will oversee daily activities, mentor Youth Development Team Leaders, and ensure client safety and program quality on one or more units.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least one year related experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience required; six months’ experience as a Youth Development Team Leader preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities to support unit schedules while ensuring client safety.
• Mentor Youth Development Team Leaders and Specialists.
• Maintain staff schedules with adequate coverage to ensure safety for clients and staff.
• Develop and monitor systems to organize and monitor work activities.
• Participate in interviews and recommend internal candidates for posted positions.
• Provide on-the-job orientation and schedule mandatory training for new staff.
• Ensure SOPs and program policies are followed; document services per shift.
