Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a SVP Operations - Mechanical Contractor to lead our multi-site operations across the Midwest. This is a senior role requiring VP-level experience in HVAC/MEP or related trades, with a track record of turning around underperforming sites and integrating acquisitions.

You will partner with division leaders, diagnose root causes, and implement lasting fixes while maintaining hands-on field involvement. Remote-based role with ~50% travel within the Midwest.

Qualifications

• VP or above level experience in an MEP contractor/construction firm.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and improving performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to operations leader across all divisions, partnering with division and operating-company leaders.
• Diagnose operational challenges, identify root causes, and lead practical, lasting fixes.
• Prioritize divisions and locations with the greatest opportunity for improvement.
• Standardize and strengthen operating processes across a multi-site footprint.
• Bring structure and operational discipline to recently acquired businesses.
• Operate strategically while staying hands-on and close to the field.
