Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Process Engineering plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience.
• 3 years in high-volume fulfillment processes and operations.
• 3 years leading and managing a team of engineers.
• 3 years Lean manufacturing for design.
• 3 years using AutoCAD or related project management software for manufacturing concepts.
• 3 years reporting engineering analysis and recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and development of engineering solutions for complex material handling challenges in NA fulfillment.
• Lead concept and design development for optimized equipment, material flow, and site layout.
• Lead and manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to create innovative solutions.
• Manage high-visibility projects, influencing internal and external partners.
• Innovate with automation, robotics and mechatronics across new fulfillment centers.
• Provide technical leadership for large-scale projects using Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
• Apply Lean tools to process design, equipment, and facility concepts.
• Ensure operator training, procedures, maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Build relationships with North America Start-up, Launch, Procurement, IT, Facilities, and Ops teams.
