Job summary

Abbott, a global healthcare leader, seeks a Manager, Commercial FP&A to partner with Workplace Services commercial leadership, provide financial leadership, forecasting, reporting, and performance analytics. You will guide revenue forecasting, profitability analysis, and strategic planning with cross‑functional teams.

You will lead a small finance team, develop analytical models, and support growth initiatives while ensuring GAAP compliance and timely financial insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Seven+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, commercial finance or business analysis experience.
• Experience supporting commercial, sales, marketing, or business leadership teams.
• CPA/CMA/MBA or similar certification preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and planning/forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial leadership to guide forecasting, planning, and performance analytics.
• Lead a small finance team responsible for forecasting, reporting and profitability analysis.
• Develop models to evaluate revenue, markets, and investments for growth.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews and action-oriented insights.
• Support close processes and ensure GAAP compliance.
