Job summary

Flexe in Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to drive day-to-day operations and process improvements for medium-sized accounts. You will master the Flexe platform's Order and Warehouse Management modules, run software demos, and mentor teammates on supply chain best practices.

The role is based at our Seattle headquarters with a hybrid schedule (in office 3 days a week). Candidates should bring 3–5 years in logistics, strong communication, and experience with MS Office, G Suite,

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• 3-5 years Logistics/Supply Chain industry experience.
• Experience with customer/vendor facing.
• Experience working in Microsoft Office programs, G Suite, and warehouse management systems.
• A willingness to learn new technology (E.g. SQL, Google Data Studio, Lessonly, etc.) is highly valued.
• Depending on account and implementation needs up to 25% travel can be expected, typically in 2-3 day stints as needed.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations Management: Lead implementation readiness activities for accounts, ensuring adherence to timelines, validating training completion, equipment setup.
• Monitor daily operations across assigned warehouse sites.
• Oversee readiness of new warehouses to serve customers with training, equipment setup, and preliminary logistics planning.
• Collaborate with warehouse and customer leadership to guide operational readiness and performance conversations.
• Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Execute defined process improvement projects to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and support problem-solving sessions to address business needs.
• Documentation: Standardize processes following improvements and document SOPs.
