Job summary

Flexe is hiring a Senior Operations Analyst in Seattle. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, platform expertise, and driving process and product improvements across medium-sized accounts.

You will conduct software demos, advise on supply chain best practices, and support a hybrid schedule, in-office three days per week. The role emphasizes KPI analysis, SOP documentation, and collaboration with warehouse operators and customers to ensure readiness and performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• 3-5 years Logistics/Supply Chain industry experience.
• Experience with customer/vendor facing.
• Experience with Office programs, G Suite, and warehouse management systems.
• Willingness to learn SQL, Google Data Studio, Lessonly, etc.
• Up to 25% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Execute warehouse operations management and readiness activities for accounts.
• Monitor daily operations across assigned warehouse sites.
• Guide operational readiness and performance conversations with leadership.
• Document processes and standardize improvements after projects.
• Prepare data-driven reports and support SOP creation.
• Identify operational opportunities and contribute to best practices.
