Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst in a remote role within the United States. You will drive operational excellence across Engineering & Construction, optimize processes, and deliver performance insights to leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in operations analysis, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong data-driven decision-making. You will partner with Engineering, Construction, Program Management, and Operations teams to standardize workflows and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years experience in operations analysis or process improvement.
• Experience supporting Engineering/Construction/Infrastructure.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; dashboards/reporting tools a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for E&C operational processes across planning, design, build, and close-out phases.
• Analyze end-to-end workflows to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Develop, track, and report on KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Standardize processes, job aids, and documentation with cross-functional teams.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and exec summaries.
• Support change management with communication plans and training materials.
• Identify gaps in tools, systems, and data; drive sustainable solutions.
• Support special projects related to network builds and scalability.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and compliance.
