Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, program/project support, or related role.
• Experience supporting Engineering, Construction, Network, or Infrastructure organizations.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); dashboards and reporting tools preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Engineering & Construction operational processes, providing analytical and process improvement support across planning, design, build, and close-out phases.
• Analyze end-to-end workflows, identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement across E&C programs.
• Develop, track, and report on operational KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to support leadership decision-making.
• Partner with Engineering, Construction, Program Management, and Operations Excellence teams to standardize processes, job aids, and documentation.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Translate complex operational data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive level summaries.
• Support change management efforts, including communication plans, training materials, and adoption tracking.
• Identify gaps in tools, systems, and data, and collaborate with cross functional teams to drive sustainable solutions.
• Support special projects and initiatives related to network builds, construction readiness, and process scalability.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
