Job summary

Coursera is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to own OpEx forecasting and budgeting for our Global Enterprise segment. The role covers monthly and quarterly closes, variance analysis, and partnering with accounting and business teams to drive insightful reviews for senior leadership.

You’ll report to the Head of Enterprise FP&A and contribute to strategic financial planning and execution. This role offers flexible work options within Coursera’s global, distributed team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance.
• Experience building and maintaining OpEx forecasts and budgets across monthly and quarterly cycles.
• Experience supporting month-end and quarter-end close processes with accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly and quarterly close processes for operating expenses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
• Develop and maintain operating expense forecasts, updating projections based on business performance and changing conditions.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to identify and explain variances between actual spending and forecasted amounts.
• Create monthly and quarterly financial review materials for leadership that surface insights, gaps, and opportunities.
