Job summary

JPS Composite Materials LLC seeks a hands-on production teammate to operate equipment across prep, weave, finishing, or similar areas, and assist with maintenance and process improvements. You will act as a subject matter expert, support daily scheduling, and contribute to safety and training programs.

Responsibilities include running or assisting with projects, communicating clearly with associates, and helping maintain a fluid daily operation while adhering to company values.

Qualifications

• Read, Understand and follow written instructions.
• Basic Math and calculator usage skills.
• Computer skills for basic data entry and documentation.
• Ability to lift moderate to heavy loads safely.
• Must pass forklift written test and evaluation.
• Communicate instructions clearly to associates.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and elevate improvements.
• Serve as subject matter expert and assist with training.
• Support daily scheduling and project tasks in the department.
• Participate in safety initiatives and reporting.
