JPS Composite Materials in North Carolina is seeking a Weaver Machine Operator to produce first quality fabric, monitor loom performance, and document defects on the maintenance card. You will start looms, repair yarn breaks, inspect for defects, and ensure proper labeling of bobbins.

This role requires 0-3 years’ experience and basic computer skills, with training provided to pass the end draw and splice test.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years’ experience required.
• Good working knowledge of computer skills.
• Weaver candidate must pass a weaver end draw and splice test.

Responsibilities

• Operate a set of looms to produce first quality fabric.
• Document defects and malfunctions on the loom maintenance card.
• Repair yarn breaks and change yarn bobbins as needed.
• Maintain records according to ISO standards.
