Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment and machinery to prepare and assemble products.
• Provide guidance to team members by resolving complex problems and handling varied tasks.
• May perform inventory counts and track work in progress.
• May orient and train the work of other team members.
• Demonstrate mastery and flexibility across different work cells/value streams.
