The role supports 1st shift (6:00am–2:30pm) and 2nd shift (2:30pm–12:45am), requiring strong mechanical aptitude, teamwork, and attention to detail to keep processes running smoothly and records accurate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Production Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machines and equipment according to specifications.
• Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitor the production process and conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment as scheduled or required.
• Follow key operating metrics (KOM) and work instructions to maintain consistency and product integrity.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate production records.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
