Job summary

Frederick County Government seeks a qualified supervisor to lead the Leachate Treatment Plant and related stormwater systems, ensuring safe operation, regulatory compliance, and efficient maintenance. Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel and maintain operation of leachate treatment plant and stormwater systems.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and perform administrative work for leachate and stormwater management.
• Resolve routine and emergency facility issues and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure staff have proper equipment and supplies and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Schedule contractors and manage data/reporting related to treatment operations.
