Maximus is seeking a Sr. Operations and Workflow Manager to oversee end-to-end workflow execution, service levels, and productivity across front-office and back-office areas. You will lead daily operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure metrics and compliance are met.

Collaboration with internal leadership and external stakeholders is essential to resolve issues and uphold policy adherence while delivering high-quality service outcomes. This onsite role is based in Topeka, KS.
