Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program.

Responsibilities

• Complete the six-month expedited training program; you’ll have 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager position.
• Lead a team, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, participate in staff planning and recruiting.
• Progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager by building wide cross‑center relationships.
• Provide operational support and problem‑solving in a fast-paced plasma center network.
