Woodward in Loves Park, IL is hiring an AWS, Weekends 1st shift (Friday-Sunday 3:00am-3:30pm) Operations Technician to support the SVT Line at our Rock Cut Campus. Level II and Level III positions offer base pay with shift differential and overtime, plus comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

Follows documented procedures, solves problems with known outcomes to meet standards.
Supports training of other members and improves standard work.
Maintains key process variables to ensure consistency and quality.
Logs daily operations and escalates concerns.
Ensures 5S and cleanliness; supports organizational improvements.
Encourages safety protocols within the team.
