Job summary

The Nevada Operations (NVO) Supervisor at Burning Man Project serves as a strategic partner to the NVO leadership, aligning people, projects, operations, and organizational priorities. This role is designed to build trust, create operational clarity, and grow into a broader leadership position overseeing the Nevada Operations team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of administrative support experience.
• 3–5 years of management experience.
• Able to adjust work schedule as needed around the Burning Man event in Nevada.
• Lead by example with strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Confidentiality is a must.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Asana.
• Uphold Burning Man Project staff policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic operational and administrative support to the NVO leadership.
• Coordinate communications and cross-department collaboration across teams.
• Assist with operational planning and event coordination for Nevada Operations.
• Maintain SOPs, process manuals, and job descriptions for seasonal teams.
• Travel between Reno and Gerlach as required.
