Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, schedule staffing, and coach the team for peak performance.

The role emphasizes quality policy adherence, GXO 7S program, cross-department coordination, and continuous improvement to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including planned and unplanned overtime, including weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field (preferred).
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment (preferred).
• Warehousing or 3PL experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights.

• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
• May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test after receiving a conditional offer
