CCA Professional Recruiting partners with a growing distribution operation in Groveport, Ohio to hire two Senior Operations Supervisors. You will lead warehouse teams, develop frontline supervisors, and drive safety, productivity, and continuous improvement across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on warehouse leadership, data-driven problem solving, and strong communication to guide teams and meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar operational environment.
• Strong understanding of receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Demonstrated experience coaching team leaders, supervisors, or frontline employees.
• Ability to analyze operational data and use KPIs to drive performance improvements.
• Working knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience promoting workplace safety, managing employee relations, and maintaining operational accountability.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day operational priorities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and hourly associates to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor KPIs, including productivity, order fulfillment, and labor performance.
• Use WMS data, Excel, and operational reports to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with established operating procedures.
• Improve employee engagement, accountability, and retention through effective leadership and communication.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve labor efficiency, and enhance operational performance.
• Communicate operational results, challenges, and improvement initiatives to customers and senior leadership.
• Support a growing operation through effective planning, problem-solving, and execution.

We are seeking two experienced Senior Operations Supervisors to support warehouse and distribution operations in Groveport, Ohio. This is an opportunity to lead warehouse teams, develop frontline supervisors, improve operational performance, and contribute to the continued development of a growing distribution center.

The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership with practical warehouse knowledge, analytical skills, and a commitment to safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and hourly associates to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, order fulfillment, and labor performance.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) data, Excel, and operational reports to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with established operating procedures.
• Improve employee engagement, accountability, and retention through effective leadership and communication.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve labor efficiency, and enhance operational performance.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing high-volume warehouse or distribution center operations.
• Exposure to process improvement initiatives and labor productivity standards.
• Experience with Blue Yonder WMS or Supply Chain Insight.
• Experience handling a varied product mix and coordinating small-parcel, LTL, and truckload shipping operations.

Experience in a specific industry is not mandatory. Candidates with transferable warehouse and distribution leadership experience are encouraged to apply.

Available Work Schedules

Opening 1 - Monday through Thursday

4:00 PM - 2:30 AM

Opening 2 - Friday through Sunday

6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Compensation

• Base salary: $80,000-$85,000 annually.
• Annual performance incentive: 6% target, with a maximum potential of 12%, subject to plan terms and performance.
• Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates, subject to approval.
