Job summary

Ohio Logistics is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, coach associates, and drive performance in a fast-paced distribution environment. Schedule: 7AM-7PM, 2-2-3 rotating cycle, supporting a busy fulfillment center near Trenton, OH.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse/logistics, 2+ years in supervision, experience with WMS and inventory systems, and forklift experience. You will monitor safety, quality, and KPIs, and implement improvements while ensuring OSHA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with WMS and inventory management systems.
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, quality, and safety metrics.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer order fulfillment.
