Location: West Jefferson, OH (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with extended hours as needed

Compensation: Starting at $70,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse and production operations in a fast-paced, food-grade environment. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory processes, supervising staff, coordinating workflow, ensuring safety and quality standards, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Training & Start-Up Requirements:

Candidates must be flexible during training and start-up periods, which may require extended hours and up to seven days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and inventory operations while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
• Coordinate team workflow, assign tasks, and monitor productivity to ensure operational goals are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures for receiving, shipping, handling, storage, and inventory control.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory reconciliation activities.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships while providing exceptional service.
• Promote teamwork through effective communication, coaching, and employee engagement.
• Monitor attendance, timecards, and productivity for associates and temporary employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs, GMP standards, and company policies.
• Investigate workplace incidents and prepare required documentation and reports.
• Train, coach, and develop employees to maintain high performance and operational excellence.
• Assist with employee scheduling, vacation planning, payroll coordination, and workforce management.
• Address employee concerns and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, quality, and inventory accuracy.
• Serve as a key liaison between frontline employees, customers, and senior management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional college coursework preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, distribution, or inventory-focused environment.
