Role Overview

The Senior Operations Strategy Specialist plans and coordinates the Clinical Engineering Services operationalization of Strategic Sourcing Team negotiated Master Service Agreements to deliver operational cost reductions and efficiencies. The role collaborates internally with multiple functional areas and externally with supplier business and sales leaders to ensure negotiated entitlements are leveraged in support of TRIMEDX field operations. It provides consistent focus and visibility across the organization on Master Service Agreement implementation statuses, compliance levels, and outcomes, supports financial and operational objectives, and handles the escalation of service issues to facilitate communications, resolve matters, and identify improvements in processes.

Location & Work Arrangement

Indianapolis, Indiana; candidates must currently reside in the central Indiana region within a 70‑mile radius of CO. The CO‑Central (Corporate) Office is located on the northwest side of Indianapolis. This position is hybrid (a mix of remote & in‑office).

Responsibilities
  • MSA Supplier Coordination – 60%

    • Coordinate with Strategic Sourcing Team representatives on hand‑off processes, review of entitlements and eligibility requirements, and meetings with primary stakeholders for key agreements.
    • Develop communication plans and tools to educate Clinical Engineering Services personnel on the eligibility and application of Master Service Agreement entitlements.
    • Schedule and lead routine operational meetings with supplier representatives and Clinical Engineering Services leadership.
    • Collaborate with Central Office functional areas to report on Master Service Agreement savings and compliance.
    • Support the Field Operations team by serving as an escalation point for Master Service Agreement eligibility/applicability and/or service issues and facilitate resolutions with suppliers.
    • Explore opportunities for value adds and relationship expansion.
  • Internal Business Processes – 40%

    • Coordinate with internal Central Office functional areas and teams to ensure Master Service Agreement entitlements are leveraged in business processes.
    • Coordinate with technical training representatives on training eligibility, availability of pre‑negotiated training agreements, and supplier training capabilities.
    • Partner with TRIMEDX legal, supplier representatives, service strategy team, and finance to support migration of existing service agreements to the new Master Service Agreement terms and conditions as appropriate.
    • Support the service strategy team to ensure Master Service Agreement entitlements, limitations, and exclusions are understood and integrated into review, approval, and execution processes for service contracts.
    • Incorporate Master Service Agreement entitlements and contractual obligations into demand service operations, lead evaluation and studies of entitlements to ensure their impact is fully understood and leveraged, and account for contractual limitations and exclusions.
    • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Finance to gain alignment on the impact of the Master Service Agreement to their operations.
    • Provide savings by identifying, developing, and implementing recommended service strategies.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of three years relevant experience; experience with operational application of legal contracts preferred.
  • Experience with project management processes and tools preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical and clinical engineering terminology preferred.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or medical equipment industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with other team members.
  • Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time amidst multiple projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with acute attention to detail.
