Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Business Operations Program Manager to join the Strategy, Finance and Business Operations team within Blue Operations. You will drive the operating rhythm, align strategy with manufacturing, finance and operations, and lead large cross-functional programs across sites.

The role requires multidisciplinary program management, strong leadership, and the ability to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, Operations management, or related field.
• MBA or PMP certification highly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading small teams and large-scale programs.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira/Confluence; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Rhythm of Business and operating system for Blue Operations.
• Manage large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs.
• Define objectives, deliverables, risks, and success metrics.
• Identify risks, resource gaps, and budget constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-team coordination.
• Communicate progress to Operations leadership and stakeholders.
