The Senior Operations Specialist plays a key role in the day-to-day operations. You will establish and enhance the oversight framework to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and investment guidelines. You have experience building a consistent approach in monitoring outsourced services (internal and external) and working closely with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations. This role will also involve participating in projects such as the launch of new funds, series, and programs, as well as compliance-related initiatives.

In addition to a competitive base salary, eligible employees may receive an individual annual performance bonus, Capital's annual profitability bonus, and participate in a retirement plan with Capital contributing 15% of eligible earnings.
