USfalcon, Inc. seeks an Operations Research/Systems Analyst (ORSA), Senior, to support USSTRATCOM at Offutt AFB, NE.

The role applies advanced quantitative methods to resolve analytical problems and deliver decision-quality insights for senior leadership. The candidate will originate new methodologies, lead cross-discipline study teams, and develop data collection techniques to support analysis, modeling, and senior leader decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years applying operations research methods.
• Experience developing and applying quantitative models to complex problems.
• Experience collaborating across disciplines to deliver insights.
• Ability to originate new ideas and methodologies to address challenges.
• Experience executing projects within financial/time constraints.
• Data collection techniques for analysis and decision-making.
• Proficiency in Python and R for quantitative analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint processes.

Responsibilities

• Apply operations research methods to complex analytical problems.
• Develop models using optimization, simulation, statistics, and system dynamics.
• Lead cross-discipline study teams and deliver actionable insights.
