USfalcon is seeking an Operations Research/Systems Analyst (ORSA), Senior, to support USSTRATCOM at Offutt AFB, NE. The role applies advanced quantitative methods to resolve complex analytical problems for campaign and risk assessment, originate new methodologies, and lead cross-discipline study teams.

The candidate will develop models, perform data collection, and deliver decision-quality insights for senior leadership while collaborating with J7 assessment teams and interagency partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years applying a wide range of OR methods.
• Proven ability to originate new ideas and methodologies.
• Experience with cross-disciplinary study teams.
• Proficiency in Python and R for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Apply OR methods to resolve complex analytical problems for USSTRATCOM.
• Lead cross-discipline study teams and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop new analytical methodologies and models.
• Collaborate with planners, data scientists, and subject matter experts.
• Produce graduate-level quality briefings and written reports.
