Job summary

USfalcon is seeking a Senior Joint Military Planner to support USSTRATCOM at Offutt AFB, NE. The role focuses on senior-level joint operations, strategic planning, and defense planning integration to inform senior leader decisions.

The candidate will apply extensive Joint Staff experience to align national objectives with campaign plans, and will develop graduate-level analyses and briefings for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in OSD and/or Joint Staff roles.
• Experience in joint/combined operations and campaign planning.
• Ability to develop strategy-to-task frameworks and commander estimates.

Responsibilities

• Lead graduate-level quality analysis of USSTRATCOM core missions.
• Participate in joint operations planning teams for Global Campaign Plan and CCMD campaigns.
• Produce CCMD-quality estimates and mission analysis briefs for senior leaders.
