LAUKOA is seeking an Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) in the United States to apply mathematical modeling and analytical methods tosolve complex organizational problems and support strategic planning. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in operations research or systems analysis.
• Proficiency in mathematical modeling and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail oriented with a strong attention to accuracy.
• Must have a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to the G-35 Plans.
• Provide analytical support to the G-357.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify issues, assess risks and develop solutions.
• Develop mathematical models and algorithms to optimize processes and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
• Interpret data and present findings to key decision makers in presentations, dashboards and other formats.
• Provide recommendations for improving efficiency, effectiveness and performance.
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in operations research and systems analysis.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies based on analytical insights.
