Job summary

LAUKOA seeks an Operations Research Systems Analyst to apply mathematical modeling to solve organizational problems and provide insights to support decisions.

The ORSA will work with multiple departments to gather data, develop models, interpret results and present findings to key decision makers, driving optimization and performance improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in operations research or systems analysis.
• Proficiency in mathematical modeling and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Operations ResearchSystems Analyst ORSA to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for utilizing mathematical modeling and other analytical techniques to solve complex organizational problems The ORSA will work closely with various departments to gather data develop models and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision making

• Masters degree preferred
• Proven experience in operations research systems analysis or a related field
• Proficiency in mathematical modeling and statistical analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Detail oriented with a strong attention to accuracy

Additional Requirements

• Certification in Operations Research or Systems Analysis is a plus
• Knowledgeable of Vantage data system
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Knowledgeable of programming languages such as Python R or MATLAB
• Familiarity with optimization techniques and software eg CPLEX Gurobi
• Understanding of database management systems and querying languages
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Contingent upon contract award
