LAUKOA is seeking an Operations Research/Systems Analyst (ORSA) to join our team at Fort Bragg, NC. The role focuses on mathematical modeling and analytical methods to solve complex organizational problems and support strategic decisions.

You will work with multiple departments to gather data, build models, interpret results, and present actionable insights. Bachelor's in OR/Math/CS (Master's preferred) and strong modeling, programming (Python/R/MATLAB) skills are required.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Operations Research/Systems Analyst (ORSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for utilizing mathematical modeling and other analytical techniques to solve complex organizational problems. The ORSA will work closely with various departments to gather data, develop models, and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Additional Requirements:

• Certification in Operations Research or Systems Analysis is a plus
• Knowledgeable of Vantage data system
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Knowledgeable of programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB
• Familiarity with optimization techniques and software (e.g., CPLEX, Gurobi)
• Understanding of database management systems and querying languages
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
