LAUKOA is seeking an Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) in the United States to apply mathematical modeling and analytical methods tosolve complex organizational problems and support strategic planning. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail oriented with a strong attention to accuracy.
• Must have a Secret Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Provide analytical support to the G-35 Plans.
• Provide analytical support to the G-357.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify issues, assess risks and develop solutions.
• Develop mathematical models and algorithms to optimize processes and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
• Interpret data and present findings to key decision makers in presentations, dashboards and other formats.
• Provide recommendations for improving efficiency, effectiveness and performance.
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in operations research and systems analysis.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies based on analytical insights.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Operations ResearchSystems Analyst ORSA to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for utilizing mathematical modeling and other analytical techniques to solve complex organizational problems and contribute to operational planning The ORSA will work closely with various departments to gather data develop models and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision making

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to the G 35 Plans
• Provide analytical support to the G 357
• Conduct research and analysis to identify issues assess risks and develop solutions
• Develop mathematical models and algorithms to optimize processes and systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives

Additional Requirements

• Certification in Operations Research or Systems Analysis is a plus
• Knowledgeable of Vantage data system
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Knowledgeable of programming languages such as Python
• Familiarity with optimization techniques and software
• Understanding of database management systems and querying languages
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
