Job description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with ecommerce experience to join our team, working embedded with a world-class tech client headquartered in Cupertino, CA.

In this role, you will manage many of the ecommerce organization's priorities, ensuring alignment across teams, driving critical initiatives, and supporting the Director of the Shopping Experience Team in decision-making processes.

The Project Manager will work closely with senior leadership, providing operational, project management, and organizational support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, strategic, and possesses excellent leadership and communication skills.

A background in project management, along with the ability to simplify complex concepts, articulate thoughts clearly, and critically assess insights, is necessary. A strong work ethic, effective prioritization, independence, and a proactive, self-disciplined approach are essential.

Responsibilities

  1. Product Org-wide Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact across the Product Organization, ensuring seamless communication.
  2. Leadership Meetings: Support recurring strategic and operational Product meetings to ensure shared context, awareness, and alignment. Prepare agendas, collect content, and track action items.
  3. Management System: Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to improve the Product Management System, including meeting cadences.
  4. Manage Team Logistics: Handle space planning and onboarding plans.
  5. Reporting: Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic documents.
  6. Presentation Development: Support internal communications and presentations for Town Halls and All Hands meetings.
  7. Special Projects: Manage strategic initiatives from inception to completion, providing insights and recommendations.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program/project management experience in cross-functional environments delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong program/project management skills with experience organizing teams under tight timelines.
  • Experience presenting project updates to executive audiences, both in writing and verbally.
  • Self-starter comfortable working independently in evolving environments with ambiguity and short deadlines.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in collecting, analyzing, and tracking business data.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
