May 31, 2025 - iBASE-t is hiring a remote Senior Project Manager. Salary: salary based on experience and location. Location: USA.

The Senior Project Manager (PM) is a high-performing project leader responsible for managing and delivering complex customer-facing projects, working with both new and existing customers. The role emphasizes Schedule, Quality, and Cost, ensuring successful project delivery and customer value realization.

The Senior Project Manager aligns projects with customer goals and internal standards, including the iBase-t Solumina Implementation Methodology (SIM). They collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, manage project activities, forecast resources and revenues, and contribute to organizational growth by mentoring other PMs.

Essential Functions:

1. Own and execute the end-to-end project lifecycle.
2. Engage with executive-level relationships and lead high to critical complexity projects.
3. Establish and enforce project governance structures.
4. Build relationships that increase customer recognition of iBase-t's value.
5. Forecast resources and revenues, and oversee project activities.
6. Coordinate staffing and provide project health updates.
7. Manage escalations, risks, issues, and project KPIs.
8. Ensure documentation compliance and continuous improvement.
9. Mentor junior project managers.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and business competencies.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of PMO governance, Agile, and SDLC.
• PMP / CSM certification preferred.
• Travel 30-40% of the time.
