Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking an experienced Operations & Program Management Lead for the Enterprise Community Loan Fund. You will oversee policy/procedure development, drive system improvements, and coordinate across lending, capital, portfolio administration, and asset management teams to ensure efficient operations and strong data governance.

The role reports to the VP, Treasury & Operations and focuses on aligning program requirements with enterprise initiatives, ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree in business/finance administration, operations management or related field preferred.
• Five to seven years’ experience in the community development or lending industry with emphasis on finance and structuring lending capital.
• Prior experience in project management or operations management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees policy and procedures development and maintenance for ECLF, documenting processes for external audiences.
• Manages business systems administration and cross-team coordination to improve end-to-end workflows.
• Serves as program management resource and point of contact for monitoring, reporting, and compliance across teams.
