Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking Staff Technical Services Project Managers (Level 5) to lead operations for a product family at our Northern Utah facilities, including Promontory, Clearfield, and Magna. The OPMs will oversee design, manufacturing, testing and delivery to meet cost and schedule goals, with a focus on lean improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Required are engineering degrees with 12 years (or Master’s with 10 years) in engineering, operations, and program management, plus

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in engineering, operations, and program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for a product family within the value stream.
• Own requirements, design, planning, manufacturing, inspection, testing and delivery.
• Coordinate with design, S&MA, process engineering, supply chain and operations.
• Ensure compliance with cost and schedule requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement using lean principles.
