Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking Staff Technical Services Project Managers (OPM) to lead operations across its Northern Utah facilities in Promontory, Clearfield, and Magna. The role emphasizes value stream ownership, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring cost and schedule adherence in a 100% on-site setting.

The position requires a clear track record in engineering, operations, and program management, plus the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering or related field with 12 years of experience in engineering, operations, program management, production, safety and product lifecycle OR Master’s degree with 10 years of experience in engineering, operations, program management and production, safety and product lifecycle
• Exceptional written and oral communications skills
• Proficient MS Project, Excel, Power Point and Word skills

Responsibilities

• Lead activities for a product family within the value stream
• Own the value stream element including requirements, design, planning, manufacture, inspection and delivery
• Staff the team across functional organizations and ensure lean continuous improvement
• Manage financial performance and change requests for the program
• Identify milestones, risks and contingency plans
• Ensure on-site operations across multiple Utah locations
