Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field.
• 6+ years of project coordination experience in a managed care environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
• Project Management certification preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist department leadership in areas for improvement and document business processes.
• Research best practices, compile information and assist process owners to implement change and monitor performance.
• Provide operational support through research, data collection and analysis to identify productivity, cost savings, utilization management, provider and member satisfaction, and market share.
• Interact with other Community First Health Plans, Inc. departments and help ensure operations and project management processes meet business objectives.
