• Identifies opportunities and leads through resolution of issues impacting performance.
• Distributes analytical reports and collaborates on performance improvement activities.
• Utilizes multiple system applications to perform analysis and develop educational materials.
• Maintains knowledge of policies, practices and applicable regulations to ensure compliant work.
