Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Center Manager in Training for a national leadership development program. You will rotate through plasma centers, relocate after completion, and travel up to 95% to learn operations and build a strong leadership foundation.

The expedited six‑month training covers all aspects of running high‑volume centers, with mentorship and hands‑on experience. After graduation, you’ll advance to a Plasma Center Operations Manager role and relocate to one of BioLife

Qualifications

• Relocation required upon completion of the Trainee Program.
• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams.
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift and lift up to 32 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team and drive performance at BioLife centers.
• Complete six‑month expedited training with mentorship and hands‑on experience.
• Progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager and relocate as needed.
• Support operations, ensure donor service, and participate in staff planning.
