Job summary

Sotera Health’s Sterigenics facility in Grand Prairie, Texas, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee production scheduling and quality conformance. You will supervise the Process Supervisors and ensure safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance across shifts.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years in production with 2 in supervision, readiness to work extended hours, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Five years of production experience with two years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English is required.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are required.
• Must be available 24/7 and carry a pager for emergencies.
• Experience with EO sterilization or similar processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production runs are scheduled to meet customer turn-time and quality requirements.
• Maintain proper product segregation and oversee downtime with Maintenance.
• Review and approve final processing data prior to certification.
• Approve system configuration logs and review temperature/humidity logs for accuracy.
• Verify instrumentation calibration before use and prepare month-end performance reports.
• Direct and support Supervisors, giving feedback on performance and operations.
• Maintain documentation and adherence to procedures including counts and special handling.
• Assist with payroll hours and special projects as needed by the General Manager.

May supervise a Process Supervisor. Ensure that all operations meet or exceed regulatory and Company standards.
