Job summary

ONEOK is seeking an experienced Manager of Operations for Refined Products & Crude, based at the West Tulsa terminal. The role oversees refined products and crude assets across OK, KS, MO and AR while ensuring safe, compliant day-to-day operations and budget adherence.

Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential. Responsibilities include incident response, asset optimization, and developing front-line leaders to maintain safety and reliability across diverse facilities.

Responsibilities

• Management: ensure safety of all team members, compliance with laws and regulations, manage annual expense budget, oversee asset optimization.
• Team Leadership: develop front-line leaders, set expectations, drive a positive culture.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: collaborate with Commercial, EH&S, Asset Integrity, IT and external customers.
• Reducing Human Errors: engage in standards/procedures, reduce injuries and incidents, improve discipline.
• Incident Response: lead responses to emergent issues including incidents and emergencies.
