Job summary

ONEOK, a Fortune 500 company, seeks a Manager of Operations (Refined Products & Crude) based at the West Tulsa terminal to oversee assets across OK, KS, MO and AR. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive safety, and lead the area leadership team while coordinating budgets and capital projects.

Responsibilities include asset optimization, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a strong safety culture across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all team members and compliance with federal/state laws and regulations.
• Plan, organize and manage day-to-day operating activities for assets within an assigned area.
• Oversee and manage area leadership team and budget responsibilities.
• Identify/implement asset optimization initiatives without compromising safety.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external customers.
• Respond to incidents with leadership and timely escalation as needed.
• Develop and enforce standards, procedures and performance improvements.
