Job summary

You will drive continuous improvement, forecast resources and equipment, manage estimates and scope, and partner with client and union teams to deliver safe, on-time projects.

This role reports to the Regional Manager and requires strong leadership, communication and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance, construction and turnaround projects.
• Ability to develop strategic plans aligned with profitability.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and P&L responsibilities.
• Strong vendor and subcontract management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project estimation ensuring scope and deliverables are defined.
• Manage budgeted work scope and change management.
• Develop resource forecasts for labor and equipment.
• Build relationships with client personnel and unions.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
