Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee operations across three sites (Channahon, IL; Memphis, TN; Waddell, AZ). This role requires strategic leadership, strong analytics, and a focus on safety and compliance while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading Supervisors, developing efficient workflows, ensuring health and safety, and delivering KPI-driven insights to optimize performance across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with P&L management and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Supervisors and indirect reports across three locations.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, and standardized processes.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Compile and present KPIs to enable informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
• Partner with HR and site leadership to ensure an effective Supervisor hiring process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively address customer concerns and drive exceptional service.
