Job summary

Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting in South Carolina seeks a senior plant operations leader to drive world-class performance at the Duncan facility. You will develop and execute plant strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and oversee budgets, safety programs, and productivity improvements.

Eight years manufacturing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Ensures that assigned plant operations demonstrate world-class performance.
Provides strategic leadership, management, and technical expertise to the organization.
Plans, develops, directs, implements, and maintains plant strategies and objectives.
Develops moderate to long-term goals and translates them into short-term plans.
Manages budgets and expenses for materials, equipment, travel, and human capital.
Monitors and controls costs and promotes cost savings; supports VA/VE efforts.
Leads cross-functional operations leadership teams to meet business goals.
