Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting in Michigan is seeking a capable manufacturing supervisor to lead a dedicated team on the shop floor. You will ensure safety, drive quality initiatives, and supervise daily operations to meet production targets.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a solid understanding of ISO/IATF standards. The position emphasizes teamwork and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality and ISO/IATF standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the team in safety, quality and attainment.
• Develop and implement quality procedures and standards.
• Follow safety rules and enforce discipline.
• Print 1st articles, scrap sheets, and track hourly counts.
• Plan work sequence to meet schedules.
• Ensure product quality via visual inspection and gauges.
• Review downtime and efficiency, recommend improvements.
• In supervisor's absence, back-up and allocate overtime.
• Support training of new operators.
• Relieve operators for breaks as needed.
• Perform basic quality calls per customer standards.
• Coach staff through performance issues.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
