Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in transportation and logistics management, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational issues.
• In-depth knowledge of transportation and logistics processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in transportation management software such as TMS or WMS.
• Fluency in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the transportation and logistics division.
• Manage planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities within the division.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics including productivity, cost, and quality.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
